Q: Do you offer Microsoft FrontPage?
A: Our servers do have the Microsoft FrontPage Extensions installed. All you need to do is 'enable' the extensions in your cPanel (Control Panel).

Q: Do you have the Extensions for Microsoft FrontPage 2003?
A: Microsoft FrontPage does not require special extensions for version 2003.

Q: Do you give us SMTP mail, or just the outgoing POP3?
A: All domains receive their own SMTP and POP3.

Q: Do you offer hosting on Windows servers?
A: No. Although we enjoy Windows servers, the 'down time' would be excessive. This is mainly due to the many needed reboots when implementing critical security patches.

Q: Are there any hidden costs or start up fees?
A: No, the only charge is the hosting plan you choose.

Q: How long does it take to setup my account?
A: Accounts are generally ready to go in an hour or two.
